DackieSwap Terms of Service

Welcome to DackieSwap! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DackieSwap platform, an automated market maker decentralized exchange (AMM DEX), and our DAO governance powered by Snapshot.org. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the DackieSwap platform, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "DackieSwap": The decentralized finance protocol and automated market maker decentralized exchange.

• "Platform": The DackieSwap website and associated services, tools, and applications.

• "User" or "You": Any individual or entity accessing or using the DackieSwap platform.

• "DAO": Decentralized Autonomous Organization governed through Snapshot.org.

3. Services

DackieSwap provides a decentralized exchange platform where users can trade cryptocurrencies and participate in liquidity pools. Additionally, we offer governance through our DAO via Snapshot.org, allowing users to participate in decision-making processes.

4. User Responsibilities

• Wallet Access: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your cryptocurrency wallet. DackieSwap does not have access to your private keys and will not be responsible for any loss of funds due to security breaches or unauthorized access.

• Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the DackieSwap platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is legal in your jurisdiction.

• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that could harm the DackieSwap platform, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or distributing malicious software.

5. DAO Governance

Participation in our DAO governance via Snapshot.org is subject to the rules and procedures established by DackieSwap. Decisions made through the DAO are binding and reflect the collective agreement of participants.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DackieSwap is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DackieSwap, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our services; or (c) any other matter related to the platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DackieSwap, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your unlawful use of the platform.

9. Modification of Terms

DackieSwap reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
